This lady gave me like 7 different hairstyles at one time when I asked for a simple trim.

We put my husband and son on the online wait list. At 4:45 we received a text that my son was on deck and to be there within 15 minutes. We were at Michael's and the wait list had jumped from an 18 minute wait time to 0 minutes. We got over to the store at 4:55, still within the 15 minutes but both my son and husband were taken off the list. We put our names back on the list but it was a 40 minute wait so we decided to wait in store. 15 minutes later a woman called my son up, but Lily ran up and said no. She then pulled a different man back who was under both my husband and son on the list and had a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lily then put my son back on the list and he now had a 1 hour wait time. This behavior was unbelievably petty and so rude. This is now the behavior you expect from someone who has a name tag that says coordinator. Also when I asked for the corporate number to complain of course she didn't have it.
